Order delivery

Package handling

Packages are usually dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are delivered via SPS courier.

Shipping charges include handling and packing fees, as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping items in one order. If you place two separate orders, shipping fees will apply to each order separately. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Delivery and Payment terms

Payment metods:

1. Bank Transfer - The consumer pays for the goods based on the confirmed order, which will be sent to them along with payment details via email.

2 Cash on Delivery - The consumer pays for the goods upon receiving them from the courier.

Shipping metod and price:

1. SPS Courier - 3.90 EUR including VAT (for cash on delivery, an additional 1 EUR including VAT)
